Abstract: We discuss flux compactifications of Type II supergravity on G2 structures and holonomy to three dimensions. We construct the 3D vacua using smeared O-planes and background NS and RR fluxes. Whether the internal manifold is Ricci flat or not is crucial for the consistent construction of the theory. For both Type IIA and Type IIB we find supersymmetric Minkowski vacua and AdS3 vacua with full moduli stabilization and indication for scale separation. Adding SUSY breaking objects we find dS3 vacua and performing flux quantization we discuss the fate of each example.
